Matured in large wooden barrels, the focus is clearly on the fruit of sour cherries and cherries rather than on the wood. This very drinkable red wine is already captivating on the nose, with juicy cherry aromas and fine notes of sour cherry. On the palate, it is delicate, with lovely extract sweetness, pleasantly soft tannins and a well-balanced structure. It delights with a smooth drinking flow and restrained acidity.
