Description

We certainly didn’t expect this when we met winemaker Jean-Guillaume d’Herbès and discovered his Liberty Rosé during our visit to Nice. Ever heard of Muscat de Hambourg? Typically known as a table grape, here it takes centre stage in an exceptional rosé. A fascinating cross between Muscat d’Alexandrie and Trollinger (Schiava Grossa), it brings the distinctive, alluring Muscat aromas that make this wine truly special.

The nose delights with a complex bouquet of aromas: Muscat, rose petals, peach, red berries, and a subtle minerality—an enticing flavour interplay rarely found in rosés, but instantly captivating. On the palate, it’s juicy and vibrant, with a lovely fruity sweetness perfectly balanced by refreshing acidity that keeps you reaching for the next sip. The lively acidity, unique flavours, and effortless drinkability make it pure joy.

Liberty Rosé is summer in a glass—an organic wine equally perfect as a refreshing aperitif, paired with light dishes, enjoyed on a sunlit terrace, or as the star of your next garden party. Once you’ve tasted it, you’ll want to open the next bottle immediately!
