This Italian sparkling wine from the renowned Villa Sandi winery comes from the heart of the Prosecco region and is Biodiversity certified. The hills of Asolo lie in the western part of the region and are characterised by darker soils and slightly cooler nights.

A further distinctive feature is that the grape must is chilled to between 0 and -2 degrees before being fermented once in a pressure tank. This preserves its exceptional freshness, maintains its grapey character and delights the palate with delicate, fine bubbles. Ripe yellow fruits such as apple, pear and pineapple come through clearly. Subtle herbaceous and mineral notes on the finish indicate its quality. It opens up immediately and fills the palate with lively effervescence.
