Introducing a magnificent 2023 vintage Prosecco from the renowned Valdobbiadene region, classified as DOCG—the highest designation from this hilly area known for its calcareous soils.
This versatile and charming vintage Prosecco captivated us from the very first taste. It's also a standout in the latest Falstaff awards, and for good reason. With a Brut style and about 12g of residual sugar, this sparkling wine achieves the perfect balance. Juicy and bursting with fruity nuances, it offers a very fine pearlage with hints of orange zest, ripe apples, and a touch of citrus on the palate. The finish is sparkling, balanced, and harmonious.
Serve well-chilled for an ideal aperitif, between meals, or as a delightful companion to seafood or rice dishes. It also pairs surprisingly well with curries and Asian cuisine.
