Description
With the local wines from southern Styria, you receive a great deal of wine enjoyment for this level of quality. This Chardonnay, often called Morillon in southern Styria, is also typical of the region and of the soil in Ehrenhausen.
Dry and with a beautiful fruit melt, the wine offers aromas of apple rings, some banana and fresh meadow herbs. It is very present on the palate with lovely, animating acidity. Ripe stone fruit and ripe yellow pear combine with subtle lemon and lead to a slightly salty, juicy finish on the palate. The finish is harmonious and medium-bodied.
A truly successful and beautiful all-rounder and a universal food companion that can certainly be stored for about 6 years.
