Description
Only half a hectare in size, the unique Höhereck vineyard is located on a beautiful southeastern slope in the Wachau wine-growing region.
Classically vinified in steel tanks, this mineral white wine embodies everything that makes the Wachau region so unique. Fine notes of yellow exotic fruits. Mango, mandarins and meadow herbs. Elegant and multi-layered from the very first sip. A salty touch paired with the fine acidity so typical of the varietal is evidence of great ageing potential. The subtle fruity sweetness makes the finish very long, complex and unique.
A wine that is at perfect drinking maturity now but can also be stored for many years to come. A great accompaniment to sophisticated, traditional cuisine.
