Ultimate Provence is a new project by winemakers from Provence and has been creating a real stir for several years. Typical of the region, the grapes are grown specifically for rosé and pressed directly. This means it is not a by-product of red wine production, but a genuine wine that delivers true value.
Light pink in the glass with copper reflections. Aromatic on the nose, with notes of ripe lemon, raspberry and strawberry. Subtly spicy, floral and fruity on the palate, with lively acidity thanks to its Syrah component. Beautifully balanced between fruit and freshness. Not too light, rather medium-bodied, with a round and harmonious finish.
An excellent companion for salmon or seafood, or simply for enjoying life. A wine that is sure to win many admirers.
The elegant, high-quality bottle can also be reused later as a water carafe.
