The nose immediately reveals plenty of exotic fruit. Ripe pineapple and mango meet juicy pear, lemongrass and fresh herbal notes. On the palate, the champagne is round, fruit-forward and deliberately balanced to be slightly sweeter. Thanks to the very cold serving temperature and the ice, it remains wonderfully refreshing and uncomplicated.

The cuvée is based on 50 per cent Pinot Noir, 30 per cent Meunier and 20 per cent Chardonnay. Added to this is a high proportion of reserve wines, which give it the house’s signature style. For the perfect serving ritual, fill your glass about halfway and then add a large scoop of ice. Alternatively, you can enjoy it without ice at around four degrees.

This champagne pairs particularly well with mango, pineapple, spicy vegetable curries or dishes that combine sweet and savoury flavours. A summery all-rounder for anyone who likes to enjoy champagne in a more relaxed way.
