Description
The Vinho Verde wine region in Portugal is known for its fresh white wines, which are also becoming increasingly popular here.
LIV is a light and fresh organic white wine made from the indigenous grape varieties Avesso and Arinto. It is traditionally matured in stainless steel tanks, giving each sip a sense of holiday freshness.
In the glass, it shows a bright and clear green gold colour. On the nose and palate, it is defined by fresh notes of green apple, lemon and exotic fruits such as banana. It has a pleasant, easy-drinking mouthfeel with a delicate fruity sweetness and lively acidity. Clean and vibrant, it encourages another sip without being complex.
Ideal for warm days on the terrace or in the garden. Best enjoyed well chilled at 6 to 8 degrees. It also pairs well with fish, seafood and light salads.
